我們的故事始於1988年，當時祖父母從香港移居列治文，帶來了家傳的餃子與麵條食譜。 三十多年後，我們的家族繼續傳承這份心意，精選優質食材，每一粒餃子皆純手工逐一包製。
About Typical Noodles
In 1988, our grandparents moved from Hong Kong to Richmond and brought their family recipes for dumplings and noodles with them. More than 30 years later, we continue that tradition, sourcing quality ingredients and wrapping every dumpling by hand, one by one.
Why “Typical”?
We get asked this often. “Typical” isn’t a word most people use to name a business. Our grandparents’ vision was to share the dumplings and noodles you would find on any ordinary street in Hong Kong, right here in Canada. English wasn’t their first language, and the name stuck. It still gets a few looks, but it’s part of who we are.
